All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged due to postal handling.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and the accuracy of each order. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us with 5 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and find a resolution.
To initiate a claim, please provide the following:
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number and a brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we will determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.
- We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery.
